Job summary

The Lonsdale Hotel in Adelaide's south is seeking an experienced, hands-on Venue Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-outlet venue. You will lead gaming, a bistro, sports bar & TAB, a large drive-in bottle shop, functions and accommodation, while directing a large team and collaborating with our Operations team and Directors to drive performance.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Venue Manager to lead The Lonsdale Hotel, a high-volume, multi-outlet venue featuring gaming, a bistro, sports bar & TAB, huge drive-in bottle shop, functions and accommodation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven hospitality leader ready for their next challenge. You'll lead a large team and work closely with our Operations team and Directors, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the venue's performance and direction.
