The Sporting Globe is looking for an Assistant Venue Manager in Williamstown, SA to support game-day operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll help steer the venue, keep the team buzzing, and ensure standards are top class.

With 2+ years in hospitality and RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics, you’ll lead the team, manage stock and compliance, and step in when the captain is away. A rewarding role with growth opportunities and incentives awaits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hospitality experience ( pubs, bars, or busy restaurants ) required.
• RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics certification preferred.
• Passion for creating epic guest experiences and building a buzzing venue.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall venue operations and ensure smooth shifts.
• Motivate and lead the team to uphold a high-performance culture.
• Assist with stock, reporting, compliance, and other operational tasks.
• Serve as the go-to when the captain is away to keep standards on track.
