Job summary

The Lonsdale Hotel in Adelaide's south is seeking an experienced, hands-on Venue Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-outlet venue. You will lead gaming, a bistro, sports bar & TAB, a large drive-in bottle shop, functions and accommodation, while directing a large team and collaborating with our Operations team and Directors to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large, high-volume hospitality venue
• Strong gaming operations knowledge and compliance
• Commercially minded with keen attention to detail
• Leads from the front and performs under pressure

Responsibilities

• Leading, developing and managing a large team
• Gaming operations, including cash clearance reporting and reconciliations
• Rostering and labour management
• Recruitment, training and performance management
• Ordering, stock control, suppliers and venue systems
• Overseeing all day-to-day operations across the venue
• Driving sales, managing costs and improving performance
