Yo-Chi Orion Plaza is seeking a Venue Leader to guide a high-performing team and deliver memorable guest experiences. This hands-on role leads operations, coaching, rostering, and compliance to drive venue performance and guest satisfaction from day one.

You will shape the venue culture, manage labour and stock control, and grow the team as the launch venue moves toward long-term success, with a people-first approach and strong emphasis on energy and guest care.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within hospitality, retail, or QSR.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of labour management, COGS, and driving venue performance.
• Confidence managing daily operations, administration, compliance, and stock control.
• Strong communicator who leads by example and builds connected teams.
• Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday rotating roster.
• Passionate about people, culture, and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Ensure exceptional standards across guest experience, product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Take ownership of venue performance, team engagement, training completion, and operational execution.
