Job summary

The Presenter Services Coordinator, Kensington Town Hall sits within the Creative Melbourne branch and offers an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a welcoming, high-quality experience for presenters, hirers and visitors at one of Melbourne’s community and cultural venues.

You’ll coordinate venue bookings and hire arrangements, support the delivery of events and work closely with presenters and internal teams to ensure activities are well planned and delivered safely and smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a creative venue, events, front-of-house or similar environment, supporting a range of bookings, events and presenter or hirer enquiries.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Excellent administrative and organisational capabilities to coordinate bookings, contracts and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end presenter and hirer experience, including enquiries, site visits, bookings, contracts and post-event administration.
• Build relationships with presenters and hirers, and collaborate with technical and internal teams to deliver events smoothly.
• Support development of Kensington Town Hall through feedback and evaluating booking mix.
• Collaborate with Communications to support promotional activity and attract diverse hirers.
