Job summary

HOME in Melbourne is seeking a high-energy Community & Events Host to foster a vibrant, connected resident community across Richmond, Southbank and Docklands. You will host events, coordinate activities, and partner with residents and brands to deliver standout experiences.

This hands-on role combines event coordination, operational expertise and stakeholder engagement. It requires on-site work across our three Melbourne assets, Tue-Sat, with flexible start and finish times to suit events.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and hosting community events or activations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for residents and partners.
• Ability to collaborate with managers and stakeholders to deliver events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and run Community events and activations across Melbourne assets (Richmond, Southbank, Docklands).
• Host events regularly and liaise with residents and partners.
• Assist with development and delivery of Portfolio Community Events and Initiatives Program.
• Identify and build relationships with potential collaborators to enhance the Community Program.
• Drive relationships with collaborators to align with brand and vision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver events at a high level.
• Collect and report data on engagement and outcomes for planning.
