Job summary

Zeekr Centre Brisbane is seeking an organised, proactive Vehicle Stock Controller to join our growing automotive dealership team. You will manage stock records, VINs, registrations and documentation while coordinating across Sales, Accounts, Service, Registration and Logistics to keep our inventory accurate.

Key duties include stock reconciliation, reporting, and ensuring timely deliveries. Attention to detail, strong organisation, and experience with dealership systems are essential to succeed

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate vehicle stock records across dealership locations.
• Monitor all incoming and outgoing vehicle movements.
• Coordinate vehicle arrivals, transfers, allocations and dealer swaps.
• Manage VINs, registrations, compliance and vehicle documentation.
• Track new, demo, display, sold, delivered and available stock.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and status.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Service, Registration and Logistics teams.
• Monitor vehicles in transit and follow up outstanding arrivals.
• Ensure dealership systems and stock reports are accurate and updated daily.
• Assist with vehicle registration and delivery preparation processes.
• Assist with month-end stock reconciliation and reporting.
• Identify ageing stock and provide regular stock reports to management.
• Follow up missing documentation, invoices, registrations and vehicle information.
• Ensure stock processes comply with dealership and manufacturer requirements.

Manage and maintain accurate vehicle stock records across dealership locations

Monitor all incoming and outgoing vehicle movements

About You
