Job summary

Harmony Auto, Caroline Springs (CS) is one of our largest dealerships in Melbourne's western suburbs, backed by Harmony Auto, one of Australia's largest importers of premium and luxury electric vehicles. We are expanding rapidly in the EV industry.

This Stock Control Coordinator role keeps vehicle stock accurately managed and ready for sale and delivery in a busy dealership environment, with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Delivery, Logistics and other teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stock control, inventory administration or an automotive dealership is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident working with spreadsheets and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily vehicle stock movements, including arrivals, transfers and allocations.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update internal systems.
• Monitor stock locations and status across the dealership.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile with system records.
• Coordinate vehicle transfers between dealerships and locations.
• Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Logistics and other teams to ensure accurate stock information.
• Track incoming and outgoing vehicles and follow up on any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate vehicle documentation and stock records.
• Assist with general administration related to vehicle inventory and dealership operations.

• Manage daily vehicle stock movements, including vehicle arrivals, transfers and allocations
• Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and update internal systems
• Monitor vehicle locations and stock status across the dealership
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock against system records
• Coordinate vehicle transfers between dealerships and other locations
• Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Logistics and other teams to ensure accurate stock information
• Track incoming and outgoing vehicles and follow up on any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate vehicle documentation and stock records
• Assist with general administration related to vehicle inventory and dealership operations

About You

• Previous experience in stock control, inventory administration or an automotive dealership is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident working with spreadsheets and computer systems
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• A valid Australian driver's licence is preferred
