Job summary

Peter Warren Automotive Holdings Ltd. is seeking a highly organised Stock Controller to join our dealership team.

You will manage vehicle stock from order through to customer delivery, working with Sales, Administration, Suppliers and internal teams to ensure vehicles are available, prepared and delivered on time. Key responsibilities include maintaining stock records, processing invoices, sourcing vehicles, coordinating registrations and delivery paperwork, and ensuring compliance with WHS

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an automotive dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle stock control and dealership processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
• Strong communication, customer service and professional phone manner.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Current Australian Class C Driver Licence with a strong WHS focus.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Stock Controller to join our dealership team. This is a key administration role supporting our Sales team by ensuring vehicle stock, orders, registrations and delivery paperwork are managed accurately and efficiently.

About the Role

As our Stock Controller, you’ll play an integral role in managing the dealership’s vehicle stock from order through to customer delivery. You’ll work closely with Sales, Administration, Suppliers and internal teams to ensure vehicles are available, prepared and delivered on time.
