Job summary

Sunstate Motorcycles in Hervey Bay is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant for motorcycle and Sea-Doo/Marine sales within our family‑owned group. You’ll join a high‑energy team selling new and used vehicles, converting inquiries into sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for outdoor powersports, solid sales chops (training provided), and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for outdoor/powersports lifestyle
• Previous sales experience in powersports, marine, automotive, retail or hospitality preferred but training provided
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated, target-driven and professional
• Current driver’s licence required; JetSki/Marine/Motorcycles preferred
• Permanent Australian work rights

• Convert walk-in, phone and online enquiries into sales
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

Sunstate is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Hervey Bay store, in Motorcycle sales and Marine sales and form part of a successful family‑owned multi‑location group across the Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast and Gold Coast.
