Job summary

TeamMoto Ipswich is seeking Motorcycle Salespeople who genuinely love bikes to talk about them all day. You will leverage motorcycle knowledge, enthusiasm, and drive to be the best on the showroom floor, generating sales for new and used motorcycles.

We offer an above industry standard base salary of $60,000 plus competitive commission, with an on-target earnings range of $75,000 to $90,000, and star performers earning $100,000+; a 5-day work week and uncapped commission drive career growth.

Qualifications

• Have a passion for motorcycles and knowledge of various brands.
• Great communication skills and a passion to sell.
• Ambition to actively pursue all sale leads and enquiries.
• A current motorcycle licence.
• Availability to work every Saturday.
• QLD Motor Sales Registration Certificate is a bonus (can be obtained upon starting).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and service on the showroom floor.
• Generate sales for new and used motorcycles.
• Take customers on test rides.
• Liaise with workshop, parts & accessories to ensure customers have everything for their bike.
• Share your passion for riding and motorcycling as a lifestyle.
