• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Negotiate sales and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Follow up leads and generate new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership performance goals.
• Prepare sales documentation and processing of vehicle deliveries.
• Assist with registration, compliance, and dealership paperwork.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in dealership systems.

ALL ROUNDER VEHICLE SALES CONSULTANT

Competitive Base Salary + Target Based Commission

6 Days Working Week (Weekend Work is Compulsory)

What You'll Be Doing:

Sales & Customer Service

• Creating and managing vehicle advertisements across online platforms including Carsales, Autotrader, Facebook Marketplace, and social media.
• Liaising with a virtual assistant to ensure all vehicle listings and social media platforms are maintained accurately and updated regularly.
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, social media, and online platforms.
• Booking appointments and managing customer follow-ups.
• Conducting vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Negotiating sales and assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Following up leads and generating new business opportunities.
• Achieving monthly sales targets and dealership performance goals.

Administration & Dealership Support

• Preparing sales documentation and processing vehicle deliveries
• Assisting with registration, compliance, and dealership paperwork
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records within dealership systems
• Managing stock listings and ensuring online inventory is up to date
• Coordinating vehicle preparation and roadworthy requirementsAssisting with reception duties and general office administration as required
• Supporting management with day-to-day dealership operations
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate
• Strong administration and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Confident using computers and dealership software systems
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Current Australian Driver's Licence
