Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an experienced or cadet Sales Consultant to join our new and used vehicle crew. You will greet customers, provide vehicle information, negotiate sales, and deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process.

You will follow up leads, maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to achieving monthly targets. Onboarding and training are provided, with clear career progression within a supportive automotive group.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or cadet programs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
• Results-driven with targets in mind.

About the Role:

As a sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets and contributing to the success of our dealership.

• Providing vehicle information and helping customers find the right vehicle
• Negotiating sales and working towards monthly sales targets
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Following up leads and maintaining strong customer relationship
• Providing a high level of post-sale service

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A strong motivation to learn new vehicle product knowledge, achieve targets and deliver results
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
• The ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Availability to work weekends
• A current driver's licence with manual transmission capability
