Job summary

MCT Group in Laverton North, Melbourne, is seeking a motivated Vehicle Registration & Administration Clerk to join our busy, high-volume operation. You will process vehicle registrations, renewals and transfers, and keep day-to-day admin on track.

You will liaise with customers and government departments, maintain accurate records and support the wider team with reporting and general admin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience in vehicle registrations or a high-volume administration role.
• Experience with VicRoads processes and automotive dealerships highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
• Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle registrations, transfers and renewals, ensuring compliance with VicRoads requirements
• Completing registration checks on all vehicles (VRO) via VicRoads and other States' systems.
• Maintain accurate records, complete data entry and manage registration documentation.
• Liaise with customers, government departments and internal teams to resolve registration enquiries.
• Perform general administration duties, including filing, scanning, emails and telephone enquiries.
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the wider team.
