Grand Prix Mazda Aspley in Brisbane is seeking a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator with strong customer service experience in the motor industry. You will manage the final step of vehicle sales, demonstrate features at handover, and ensure all data logging and paperwork are completed to welcome customers into the Aspley Mazda family.

The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team with a focus on professional vehicle handover and precise record-keeping.

• Previous customer service experience within the motor industry.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, well-presented and enthusiastic Vehicle Delivery Coordinatorto join the Deliveries team.

This position requires previous customerservice experience within the motor industry and the ability to work as part of a team along with a professional vehicle handover experience for our clients and continual updating of our client database.

Ideally you will have experience in:

• High level customer service (face to face)
• Persuasive and engaging oral communications skills
• Motor vehicle features knowledge and a passion for our industry

The main duties of aDelivery Coordinatorare toco-ordinate the final step in the vehiclesalesprocess. Your job willinclude (at the handover stage) to demonstrate the features of the vehicle and complete allthe necessary data logging and paperwork to ensure atransition of our customers into the Aspley Mazda family.

The successful candidate must be able to prioritise and have good organisational skills, be well groomed and display exceptional customer service with an excellent phone manner. All applicants must have a very positive approach and be able to demonstrate reliability, discipline, commitment and honesty on a daily basis.
