Albion Park Motor Group is seeking a motivated Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join our Service Department in Albion Park. You will oversee pre-delivery, quality control and delivery readiness for both new and used vehicles, coordinating with Sales, Service and Detailing to ensure on-time handovers.

The role also includes supporting daily administrative tasks and maintaining accurate delivery records to sustain high standards of vehicle presentation.

Albion Park Motor Group is seeking a motivated, organised and detail-oriented Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join our Service Department.

This is a key operational role responsible for overseeing the preparation, quality control and delivery coordination of both new and used vehicles.

You will ensure every vehicle is prepared to the required standard, all outstanding work is completed and deliveries are ready to proceed on schedule.

Alongside these responsibilities, you will support the daily operations and administration of the Service Department, working closely with service management, technicians, the detailing team and the sales department to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, has a strong eye for detail and can coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment.

About the Role

Reporting to Service Management, you will oversee the pre-delivery and vehicle preparation process for new and used vehicles, coordinate delivery readiness and assist with the daily administrative and operational requirements of the Service Department.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation process for all new and used vehicles, ensuring work is completed correctly and within required timeframes.

• Coordinate new and used vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are ready for their scheduled handover dates.
• Conduct and coordinate quality control inspections to ensure vehicles meet dealership standards before delivery.
• Monitor vehicle progress through the workshop, pre-delivery and detailing processes.
• Liaise with Sales, Service, Parts and Detailing teams to manage priorities and resolve delays.
• Ensure all required repairs, accessories, servicing, inspections and preparation work are completed before vehicle handover.
• Maintain accurate delivery schedules, vehicle records and workflow updates.
• Coordinate with the detailing team to ensure vehicles are presented to the expected standard.
• Assist with detailing and vehicle preparation when required to support the team.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department, including reporting, paperwork, job tracking and general daily operations.
• Work closely with Service Management to improve workflow, efficiency and overall delivery performance.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation, quality control and customer satisfaction.

• A current driver's licence.
• Previous experience in an automotive dealership, pre-delivery operations, used vehicle preparation, detailing or service administration will be highly regarded.
• An understanding of dealership workshop processes and vehicle delivery requirements would be an advantage. We are also interested in candidates with the right attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
