You will identify damage, compile accurate reports, and advise on settlement decisions while maintaining high standards and adherence to industry codes. A current driver’s license and a commitment to member-centric service are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualifications in Panel Beating or Spray Painting.
• Hands-on experience as a Panel Beater or Spray Painter.
• Quoting or estimating experience within the smash repair industry is desirable.
• Current and unrestricted driver's license is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess damaged motor vehicles and caravans and determine damage costs.
• Recommend cost-effective claim settlement methods per policy and specs.
• Provide repair management to meet service and cost targets.
• Inspect vehicles and compile reports on damage and condition.
• Review assessment reports to validate quantum and settlement decisions.
• Adhere to the Motor Vehicle Insurance and Repair Industry Code of Conduct.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to RAC members and stakeholders.
