Job summary

Aruma in Sydney is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end value delivery across the business. You will translate strategic priorities into coordinated delivery, optimise flow across teams, and partner with Product Line Managers and Business Product Owners to realise outcomes.

You’ll enable predictable, transparent delivery, ensure alignment between product, business, and technology, and guide change readiness while managing risks and governance.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery in complex business or digital transformation environments.
Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and flow-based delivery models.
Proven ability to partner with Product Line Managers and Business Product Owners.
Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across business and technology.
