Job summary
Aruma is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end value stream outcomes across our Australia-wide footprint with a hybrid work setup. You will translate priorities into coordinated delivery, optimise flow across teams, and partner with Product Line Managers and Business Product Owners to deliver value for our customers.
You’ll enable predictable, transparent delivery, coach teams, and align stakeholders to risk and governance standards while helping Aruma realise benefits from
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery in complex business or digital transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and flow-based delivery models.
- Proven ability to partner with Product Line Managers and Business Product Owners.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across business and technology.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into practical delivery execution.
