Aruma is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end value delivery across complex business and digital transformation programs. You will translate strategic priorities into coordinated delivery, optimise flow across teams, and act as a trusted partner to Product Line Managers and Business Product Owners.

This hybrid role leverages agile delivery practices to enable predictable, transparent outcomes and strong cross-team collaboration across NSW/ACT/VIC/QLD footprints in Australia.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery in complex business or digital transformation environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and flow-based delivery models.
• Proven ability to partner with Product Line Managers and Business Product Owners.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across business and technology.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
