Aruma is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end value stream delivery across our business portfolio. You will translate strategic priorities into coordinated delivery, optimise flow across teams, and partner with Product Line Managers and Business Product Owners to deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Agile delivery in complex business or digital transformation environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and flow-based delivery models.
• Ability to partner with Product Line Managers and Business Product Owners.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across business and technology.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical delivery execution.
