Qualifications

• Experience in process mapping, business analysis, or improvement projects.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is valued.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve business processes and workflows.
• Gather and document business requirements.
