Job summary

Nixil Pty is seeking an experienced Service Designer to shape end-to-end digital services for a major Federal Government client, with offices in Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide. You will apply Service Design, UX and Human-Centred Design (HCD) to deliver accessible and effective services within complex environments.

Key responsibilities include conducting user research, facilitating workshops, developing personas and journey maps, and translating insights into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: current NV1, NV2 or TSPV security clearance.
• Strong background in Service Design, UX and Human-Centred Design (HCD).
• Proficiency with Figma, Miro, Visio or similar tools.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
