Job summary

Nixil Pty is seeking an experienced Service Designer to help deliver accessible, user-centred digital services for a major federal client. The role covers Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide with a focus on research-led design, WCAG compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

You will conduct user research, craft personas and journey maps, and translate insights into actionable requirements within Agile delivery teams. Office locations include Canberra, Sydney and Adelaide.

Qualifications

• A current NV1, NV2 or TSPV security clearance — mandatory.
• A strong background in Service Design, UX and HCD, with experience designing end-to-end services.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Visio or similar tools.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility requirements and digital service standards.
• Strong research, facilitation and collaboration skills, with the ability to turn complex findings into clear design outcomes.

Responsibilities
