Qualifications

  • Strong capability in customer research, testing and experience mapping.
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern design methodologies.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows.
  • Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working with design systems and accessibility principles.
  • Experience in ecommerce, healthcare or digital product environments will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer research, usability testing and experience analysis.

The CX & Design team sits at the intersection of customer experience, digital innovation and business growth. Bringing together UX, digital design and content specialists, the team is responsible for creating seamless, intuitive and engaging experiences across our digital ecosystem. Working closely with Product, Technology, Marketing and Ecommerce teams, they combine customer insights, design thinking and data-driven decision making to solve problems, improve usability and deliver experiences that customers love.
