Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Senior Copywriter to join its Digital Customer Experience team. You will translate health and wellness topics into engaging, customer-focused content, working closely with marketing, ecommerce and subject matter experts to build trust and strengthen our brands.

Reporting into the Content Manager, you’ll craft articles, blogs and campaign copy, while driving content strategies and editorial calendars that boost customer engagement across digital channels.

The Content team plays a critical role in shaping how customers connect with our brands online. Part of the Digital Customer Experience function, the team creates engaging, informative and commercially impactful content that helps customers discover, understand and trust our products and services. From SEO-driven articles and thought leadership to campaign content and digital storytelling, the team combines creativity with performance insights to deliver content that drives engagement, strengthens brand presence and supports business growth. Working collaboratively across Marketing, Ecommerce and Product teams, they ensure every piece of content delivers value to both customers and the business.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented Senior Copywriter to join our growing Digital Customer Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced content professional who loves storytelling, understands digital performance, and can turn complex health and wellness topics into engaging, customer-focused content.

Working closely with marketing, ecommerce, suppliers and subject matter experts, you'll create compelling content that builds trust, strengthens our brands and drives customer engagement across digital channels.

Role Responsibilities
