Qualifications

• Experience in used vehicle sales preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication and rapport-building.
• Ability to negotiate and close sales.
• Professional presentation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full vehicle buying journey, from enquiry to handover.
• Present and sell quality used vehicles with confidence and professionalism.
• Conduct test drives and tailor solutions to each customer’s needs.
• Follow up leads, enquiries, and customer opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships that turn customers into Bartons advocates.
• Work towards monthly sales targets and be rewarded for achieving them.
• Stay across vehicle stock, features, finance options, and market trends.
• Contribute to a positive, motivated, high-performing sales environment.
