Heartland Castle Hill is expanding its sales team and hiring both junior and experienced Sales Consultants. You will guide customers from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery, matching needs with top brands in a dynamic dealership environment.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and benefits, with mentorship and career growth in a reputable group. Castle Hill location with a 5-day week and Sunday closures.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record within automotive or related industries.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Manage the full sales process - from initial enquiry through to final handover.
• Build strong relationships with new and returning customers.
• Prepare and complete all relevant sales documentation accurately.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and manufacturer programs.
