Coffs Harbour Toyota, part of the Tony White Group, is seeking experienced New and Used Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team in Coffs Harbour. You will build relationships, close deals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Representing a trusted Australian automotive brand, you will enjoy strong sales opportunities, support from an experienced management team, and ongoing manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with ability to meet and exceed targets
• Previous automotive sales experience is highly regarded
• Strong negotiation, closing and relationship-building skills
• Confident, professional and customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious and driven to achieve results
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple leads
• Experience using CRM systems and general computer applications
• Current unrestricted driver's licence (essential)

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing journey
• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and convert enquiries into sales
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and professional test drives
• Effectively manage leads, follow-ups and your sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate CRM records and dealership compliance
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals
