Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care Service in NSW. You will triage patients, provide front-line nursing care, and collaborate with the Urgent Care Medical Practitioner to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

This role emphasizes patient-centered care in a dynamic urgent care environment. Ideal applicants hold current AHPRA registration, are available evenings and weekends, and bring relevant emergency/triage experience.

Qualifications

AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential.
Availability for evenings and weekends.
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in related urgent care settings.
Willingness to obtain required clearances (Working with Children, police checks) when applicable.

Responsibilities

Be first point of contact for urgent care patients with triage accuracy and empathy.
Provide front-line nursing care and procedures as needed.
Collaborate with Urgent Care Medical Practitioner to determine appropriate care.
Identify emergencies early and escalate deteriorations promptly.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
Support health education and patient wellbeing initiatives.
