Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care Service. You will triage, deliver front-line nursing care, and collaborate with the Urgent Care Medical Practitioner to identify appropriate care pathways.

This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of urgent care within a growing national network. Ideal candidates are registered with AHPRA, available evenings and weekends, and have a minimum of 3 years in ED/triage/ICU or remote nursing.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Minimum 3 years in a relevant acute or triage setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients in urgent care.
• Conduct thorough and precise nursing triage.
• Perform hands-on procedures such as suturing and plastering.
• Document accurately to support continuity of care.
• Support safe, compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Urgent Care environment.
