ForHealth Group seeks a Registered Nurse to join its Urgent Care Service in Sydney. You will triage, deliver front line care, and collaborate with an Urgent Care Medical Practitioner. The role supports career growth within a nationwide healthcare network.

Ideal candidates hold an Australian RN registration, are available evenings and weekends, and bring ED/triage experience. No overnight shifts and strong patient-centered care are emphasized.

Qualifications

Current AHPRA registration as an RN.
Must be available evenings and weekends.
Minimum 3 years in Emergency Department, triage, or ICU/CCU/remot e nursing.
Experience in triage with an ED setting is preferred.
Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for patients in urgent care.
Conduct thorough nursing triage and prioritize care.
Act decisively in emergencies and escalate when needed.
Perform hands-on procedures such as suturing and plastering.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
Support health education for patients and families.
