Crown Resorts in Perth is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead the Main Gaming Floor Bars. You’ll support daily service, mentor a passionate bar team and ensure guests enjoy an exceptional experience.

Work closely with the Operations Manager to uphold high standards and bar excellence. This frontline leadership role requires prior leadership in high-volume hospitality, strong time management, and a collaborative style.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of five hospitality venues, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and risk management policies, creating a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team through ongoing training, performance feedback, and hands-on leadership.
• Proactively manage guest feedback and service recovery.
• Assist with rostering to ensure optimal labour coverage while maintaining productivity and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations, responsible service requirements, and company operating standards.

The Role

Main Gaming Floor Bars is seeking anAssistant Managerto help lead the bar operations of the casino floor. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key frontline leadership role within one of Perth's most recognised hospitality destinations.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the smooth delivery of daily service, mentor and guide a passionate bar team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Working closely with the Operations Manager and leadership team, you'll play an important role in upholding our high standards and maintaining bar excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operation of five hospitality venues, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational consistency

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• Previous leadership experience in a high-volume bar or hospitality environment

• A collaborative leadership style and a commitment to continuous improvement

To be successful, you’ll:

• Hold or willing to obtain a current Approved Managers License & RSA
• Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, evening and overnight shifts
• Thrive in a fast paced, high-energy environment where guest experience is the priority
