Job summary

AusConnect Underground Services is seeking experienced Directional Drillers, Excavator Operators, Civil Crew members and Labourers for full‑time roles based in Mulgoa, NSW. You will work on underground utility and civil infrastructure projects across NSW.

The role requires a valid licence, White Card and a commitment to safety. Ongoing work, team culture, and opportunities to grow within the business are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Directional Drilling, Excavation or Civil Construction.
• Valid MR/HR/HC/MCDriver's Licence (essential).
• Construction White Card (essential).
• Relevant high-risk tickets (highly regarded).
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain directional drilling equipment (HDD).
• Operate excavators and civil machinery for trenching and site works.
• Perform general labouring duties on-site as required.
• Assist with installation of underground utilities and services.
• Follow all WHS requirements and safety procedures.
• Work as part of a reliable and productive crew.
