AusConnect Underground Services is seeking experienced Directional Drillers, Excavator Operators, Civil Crew members and Labourers to join our Caboolture team in Queensland. We provide underground utilities and civil infrastructure services across QLD and the Eastern Seaboard, with ongoing full-time work and strong opportunities for career progression.
Successful applicants will have relevant experience, a valid MR/HR/HC/MC licence, a White Card, and a safety-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Experience in Directional Drilling, Excavation or Civil Construction.
- Valid Driver’s Licence (MR/HR/HC/MC) is essential.
- Construction White Card is essential.
- High-risk tickets are highly regarded.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction.
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to contribute across tasks.
Responsabilités
- Operate directional drilling equipment (HDD) and machinery.
- Operate excavators and civil equipment for trenching and site works.
- Perform general labouring duties on-site as required.
- Assist with installation of underground utilities and services.
- Follow WHS requirements and safety procedures.
