Job summary

AusConnect Underground Services is seeking experienced Directional Drillers, Excavator Operators, Civil Crew members and Labourers to join our Caboolture team in Queensland. We provide underground utilities and civil infrastructure services across QLD and the Eastern Seaboard, with ongoing full-time work and strong opportunities for career progression.

Successful applicants will have relevant experience, a valid MR/HR/HC/MC licence, a White Card, and a safety-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in Directional Drilling, Excavation or Civil Construction.
• Valid Driver’s Licence (MR/HR/HC/MC) is essential.
• Construction White Card is essential.
• High-risk tickets are highly regarded.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction.
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to contribute across tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate directional drilling equipment (HDD) and machinery.
• Operate excavators and civil equipment for trenching and site works.
• Perform general labouring duties on-site as required.
• Assist with installation of underground utilities and services.
• Follow WHS requirements and safety procedures.

Ausconnect Underground Services – Caboolture QLD

AusConnect Underground Services is currently seeking experienced Directional Drillers, Excavator Operators, Civil Crew members and Labourers to join our growing team based in Caboolture.

We deliver underground utilities and civil infrastructure projects across QLD and the Eastern Seaboard, offering stable work, a strong pipeline of projects, and opportunities to grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain directional drilling equipment (HDD)
• Operate excavators and civil machinery for trenching and site works
• Perform general labouring duties as required on-site
• Assist with installation of underground utilities and services
• Follow all WHS requirements and safety procedures
• Work as part of a reliable and productive crew

Skills & Experience

• Experience in Directional Drilling, Excavation or Civil Construction
• Valid Driver’s Licence - MR, HR, HC or MC (essential)
• Construction White Card (essential)
• Relevant high-risk tickets (highly regarded)
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to contribute across tasks
