Job summary

MMG Limited Rosebery is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to design, develop and deliver underground training programs. You will build skills and competencies for Underground Operations, with end-to-end delivery from needs analysis to competency assessment and data recording.

The role operates on a 7/7 residential roster in Rosebery or DIDO, offering exposure to MMG Learning Management System and direct interaction with senior site leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in underground metalliferous mines as a Miner.
• TAE Certification (TAE40116) or higher.
• Proven ability to design, deliver and assess training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and assessment services to the Mining Department including MTS, Maintenance and other operational areas as required.
• Facilitate collection and storage of accurate training and assessment records in the MMG Learning Management System.
• Maintain an up-to-date skills matrix for underground operations to identify task competence.
• Monitor mining contractor records for compliance.
• Maintain clear manuals, procedures and work instructions.
