• Significant underground mining experience.
• Demonstrated success leading mining operations and contractors.
• Experience in mine design and production scheduling.
• Strong contract administration and commercial governance skills.
• Experience conducting contractor audits and performance reviews.
• Mining Engineering qualification and First Class Mine Manager's Certificate - Metalliferous Mining highly regarded.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance and team performance.
