Job summary

Aurelia Metals Limited invites applications for an Underground Training Advisor to shape the next generation of underground miners. You will deliver training, assess competency, and support career development across Peak Mine, reporting to the Learning & Development Superintendent.

Responsibilities include facilitating inductions, running accredited programs, and designing learning pathways while ensuring compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in an underground mining environment.
• Competency in operating underground or surface mobile equipment.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and maintaining training records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training and assess competency to support career development.
• Facilitate underground inductions and accredited training programs.
• Design learning pathways and support compliance requirements.
• Coach and mentor workforce across site to improve safety and performance.
