Zusammenfassung

Aurelia Metals Limited is seeking an Underground Training Advisor to help develop and support our workforce at Peak Mine, NSW. You will deliver inductions and accredited courses, assess operator competence, and craft training programs to improve safety and capability while maintaining detailed LMS records.

You will report to the Learning & Development Superintendent and support compliance through audits and coaching to build confidence underground.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in underground mining environments and safety culture.
• Competency with operating underground or surface mobile equipment.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is required.
• Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience using LMS and maintaining training records.

Aufgaben

• Deliver underground inductions and accredited courses such as First Aid, CPR, LVR and Confined Space.
• Assess and verify operator competency to ensure safe performance.
• Develop and maintain fit-for-purpose training programs and materials.
• Maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System.
• Support audits, verification activities and corrective actions for compliance.
• Coach and guide teams to build underground skills and confidence.
