Aurelia Metals Limited is seeking a Mining Supervisor to provide statutory supervision of underground mining activities at Peak Mine, NSW. You will lead Underground Operators, coordinate daily operations to hit production targets, and drive continuous improvement with a strong focus on safety and team culture.

The role requires a NSW Metalliferous Underground Mine Supervisor Certificate and at least 7 years of mining experience, with proven leadership and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Current NSW Metalliferous Underground Mine Supervisor Certificate.
• At least 7 years relevant mining experience.
• Strong people leadership experience.
• Strong safety focus and visible safety leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide statutory supervision of mining activities in accordance with NSW regulations.
• Lead a team of Underground Operators to coordinate daily operations and meet production targets.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance safety and performance of the mining team.
