Job summary
Aurelia Metals is seeking a Mining Supervisor to lead an underground team at Peak Mine, NSW. You will ensure statutory supervision, compliance with NSW mining regulations and a strong safety culture.
You’ll lead a team of Underground Operators, coordinating daily operations to meet production targets, while safety and production are optimised. Strong leadership, communication and on‑the‑ground problem-solving skills will be essential as you drive continuous improvement to support the success of
Qualifications
- Current NSW Metalliferous Underground Mine Supervisor Certificate.
- At least 7 years relevant mining experience.
- Strong people leadership experience.
- Current C Class manual driver’s licence.
- Strong safety focus and commitment to visible safety leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead and support a team.
- Demonstrated care for people and commitment to their development.
