Job summary

Vault Minerals Limited is seeking an Underground Trainer to provide expert guidance on occupational health, safety, and training in our Deflector operation, 160km east of Geraldton. Reporting to the OSH&T Manager, you will help maintain training competencies and ensure compliance with legislative and site requirements.

You will develop, review and deliver internal training programs, coordinate external programs, and support managers in creating individual training plans while fostering a strong

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering job-specific training competencies in mining.
• Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety legislation and regulations.
• Experience with audit, assessment and training program development.

Responsibilities

• Generate analysis of department training requirements and establish training calendars.
• Develop, review and facilitate internal training programs.
• Deliver training programs and coordinate internal and external training activities.
• Develop and implement a competency framework and assessment programs.
• Ensure training material is up to date and delivered to personnel and visitors.
• Maintain training records to support site certifications and compliance.
