Job summary

Macmahon is seeking a Site Supervisor for an underground mining project in Western Australia. You will lead safety, plan compliance and quality while managing a small team on the Goldfields region site.

Required qualifications include Statutory Supervisor status, WHS competencies, and a manual C-class licence. Cablebolting experience is highly valued and a strong safety culture is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Site Supervisor role.
• Maintenance background with Cablebolting experience preferred.
• Willingness to be appointed as Statutory Supervisor for the on-site workshop.
• Current manual C Class Australian Driver's Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mining activities comply with legislation, site standards and procedures.
• Lead daily performance: safety, plan compliance, cost and quality.
• Set clear expectations: guide, develop and recognise your team.
• Own schedules, resources and interfaces with contractors/suppliers.
• Drive reliability and continuous improvement.
• Foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected.
