Redpath Mining is hiring a Shift Supervisor for the Lake Cowal project. You will lead underground crews, oversee production and development targets, and ensure safety and compliance on shift.

Reporting to the Underground Production Superintendent, you will coordinate personnel, equipment and materials, conduct risk assessments, and maintain accurate shift records while fostering continuous improvement and strong team performance.

Formación

• Significant underground mining experience with supervision experience.
• Strong leadership, safety focus and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to mentor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead underground crews during shift operations and coordinate resources.
• Promote safety culture and ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.
• Maintain site procedures, conduct pre-shift meetings and risk assessments.
• Prepare shift reports and investigations for incidents and improvements.
