Responsibilities include coordinating daily mining activities, ensuring compliance with site procedures and safety standards, and driving a strong safety culture across the team.

Qualifications

• Significant underground hard rock mining experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience overseeing development and production crews.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety leadership and compliance.
• Current NSW Underground Shift Supervisor Ticket (Compulsory).
• Current Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise underground mining crews across development and production.
• Coordinate daily work plans to achieve targets.
• Ensure safety and adherence to site procedures.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and safety interactions.
• Monitor performance and coach team members.
• Manage hazards and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams.
