Job summary

Aeris Resources Limited is seeking a Shift Supervisor for Tritton Underground Operations in New South Wales. The role focuses on supervising workers, inspecting work areas, and maintaining safe, compliant production during shifts.

You will oversee hazard identification, risk reduction, and coordinate the weekly schedule in line with the mine plan, while leading teams to achieve production targets safely.

Qualifications

• Extensive underground mining supervision experience in development and production.
• Knowledge of NSW Work Health and Safety and Mines and Petroleum legislation.
• Demonstrated 2IC mine supervisor experience (≥6 months).
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety focus.
• Certificate(s) in mining operations as listed above.
• Valid NSW driver’s licence.
