Job summary

HMR is seeking experienced Underground Shift Supervisors for NSW with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. The roles are based on a 7/7 roster with FIFO/DIDO arrangements and accommodation provided, offering competitive pay.

Applicants must hold a NSW Shift Supervisor Practicing Certificate, be eligible for Australian residency, and pass pre-employment medical and background checks. A manual driver’s licence and first aid cert are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Current NSW or WA Shift Supervisor Practicing Certificate.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Ability to meet pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
• Police clearance (within 6 months)
• Manual Driver’s Licence
• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Underground Shift Supervisors - must hold NSW Supervisory ticket.
• Demonstrated experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role.
• Maintain accurate shift reports and communication handovers.
• Competency in risk management, isolation and hazard identification.
• A strong focus on and commitment to safety standards
