Job summary

Tritton Operations, located near Nyngan and Cobar in NSW, seeks an experienced underground supervisor to lead production shifts and ensure safe, compliant mining activities.

You will manage daily mining operations, oversee hazard identification, and coordinate the weekly schedule to align with the mine plan while maintaining safe and efficient production. FIFO or residential options are available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in underground operations and supervising development and production activities.
• Strong understanding of NSW Work Health and Safety and Mines and Petroleum legislation.
• Minimum 6 months as 2IC mine supervisor with leadership responsibilities.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude with solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise underground mining operations and production activities.
• Oversee hazard identification and risk reduction.
• Coordinate weekly schedule to align with mine plan while maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with NSW WHS and mining regulations.
