Macmahon is growing its underground operations and is seeking experienced Shift Supervisors who lead from the front and set the standard on site.

You’ll work a even-time roster on the Snowy River Gold Mine Project – Reefton, New Zealand, with FIFO from East Coast Australia for the right candidate. NZ residents encouraged to apply and a competitive benefits package is on offer.

Qualificações

• Experience as an Underground Shift Supervisor.
• Must hold one of mining leadership certificates listed (S26/S123/G189/S10 or NZ equivalents).
• Ability to build trust, set standards and make clear decisions.
• Commitment to safe, high-quality delivery.
• NZ residents encouraged to apply; FIFO from East Coast Australia available.

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in an Underground Shift Supervisor role
• Hold at least one of the following mining leadership qualifications:
  • S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (WA)
  • S123/G189 Mining Supervisor ticket (QLD)
  • S10 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (NSW)
  • B or A Grade NZ Statutory Supervisors ticket
• Ability to build trust, set standards and make clear decisions
• Commitment to safe, high-quality delivery
• Valid Australian manual drivers’ licence or New Zealand (Class 1)
• Location: Snowy River Gold Mine Project – Reefton, New Zealand’s South Island
• Roster: Even-time, family friendly roster
• New Zealand residents are encouraged to apply
